Key Responsibilities:

    • Exceptional customer service and salesmanship, able to communicate with guests and fellow employees in a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.

    • Check ALL ID’s and or documentation to verify guest is legal to consume alcohol in the state of Alaska.

    • Take food and beverage orders, ability to describe appetizers, meals, deserts, and drinks, by maintaining an accurate knowledge of the menus, answering questions, suggesting additional items, actively upselling, repeating orders back to the guest and correctly entering them into the POS system.

    • Collaborating with the Expo, Bartender, Supervisor and/or MOD to ensure all modifications, allergies, and time constraints addressed and adhered to.

    • Delivering food and beverages, ensuring satisfaction, attentive, checking back on tables frequently, anticipating and responding to guests’ needs with tact.

    • Processing all credit card and cash payments accurately

    • Performs opening and closing responsibilities in a timely detailed manner.

    • Pre-bussing and running food are key roles of a server.

    • Always assist in keeping the restaurant clean and organized, we want to make the right impression on our guests.


This position reports to the Front of House Manager and is a key contributor to the overall success of the restaurant! Friendly, outgoing, warm, and organized. The most important function of a server is to interact with our guests in a professional, and cheerful way to ensure they have a great dining experience. We are looking for someone to bring infectious energy, amazing organizational skills, and composure to the role.
